The difference before & after the cellulose and spray foam insulation during construction was amazing and made us true believers! The temperature difference on the second floor, when it wasn’t even fully finished, was astonishing. When paired with the energy efficient windows, and all of the other details Wiggins construction uses, it makes for a quite reasonable energy bill at the end of the month. Our energy bill is nearly half that of smaller homes in the area. 10 out of 10, we would make this decision again.
